Refund policy

All ticket sales for Hell In Houston are final. No refunds or exchanges.

 

If the event is canceled by the host, every ticket holder gets a full refund to the original payment method.

 

If you're denied entry for breaking house rules, no refund is given.

 

Your order confirmation email is your ticket. Show it at the door. The address is sent to ticket holders the day of the party.
